Top Ten Canadian Weather Events

CMOS releases the top ten annual significant weather events at the end of December. The Most Notable Weather Events was launched in 1996 and is compiled by David Phillips, senior climatologist and foremost weather guru in Canada. The summary presents the weather events that made headlines and broke records across the country.
