Call for Abstracts

Submission open until 11:00pm, Sunday 18 November 2018

On behalf of the Australian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society, the AMOS-ICTMO Organising Committee invites you to submit an abstract for presentation at the AMOS-ICTMO 2019 Conference, to be held at the Darwin Convention Centre, Darwin, Australia, 11-15* June 2019.  

Abstracts for oral and poster presentations are to be submitted via the AMOS-ICTMO 2019 submission site.

​Abstracts will be reviewed for technical content and selection purposes. All enquiries regarding abstracts should be emailed to the Conference Secretariat.

Abstracts and presenter details will be published in the conference digital proceedings (abstract book and app) and given to all conference attendees.

Sessions

Abstracts should be submitted to one of the thematic sessions. Click for simple session list or detailed session list.

​Presentation format

Abstracts may be submitted for the following presentation types:

• Oral
• Poster display

Final decisions on the type of presentation offered will rest with the Programming Committee and their decision will be final.

Submission fee

A $30 non-refundable submission fee applies to each abstract. This $30 non-refundable submission fee must be paid by the submission deadline or the abstract will not be considered for AMOS-ICTMO 2019.  

How to pay

An ELECTRONIC INVOICE will be forwarded after submission.

TO PAY BY DIRECT DEPOSIT
See the direct deposit information on the electronic invoice. Please include the invoice number and name of submitter on the direct deposit as a reference.

Submission deadline

All abstracts must be submitted via the website online by 11:00pm AEST Sunday, 18 November 2018.  Note this deadline will NOT BE EXTENDED. Please plan your timetable for preparation and submission carefully.
